Throughout his career, Ernie has served in key leadership roles for several
high performing organizations. In these roles, he has led successful team
efforts to design and execute fully integrated change processes to enhance
organizational effectiveness and drive competitive advantage.

Prior to becoming an Independent Contractor, Ernie was a Human Resources Senior Executive and Corporate Officer with ArvinMeritor and Hexion Specialty Chemicals. He has been directly accountable for the leadership of successful people programs and processes for global companies competing in a variety of markets.

Ernie has extensive experience in Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organizational Design. His effectiveness in leveraging organizational performance, combined with his broad knowledge of business strategies and best practices, have proven extremely valuable to his clients.
